Deleting your account removes your profile, your synced counts and settings, and your subscription history from our systems. This page lets you start that process without opening the app.

If you still have Nemu installed: Profile → Delete my account. Confirm once, and that's it — no email needed.

Request deletion by email
Send us a deletion request from the email address you used to sign in with Google. We'll confirm the request and start the 30-day countdown below.

- Deletion is scheduled 30 days from your request, not immediate. Signing back into the app during that window automatically cancels the deletion and restores your account exactly as it was — this is what lets a wrong tap, or a change of mind, be undone without contacting us again.
- Once the 30 days pass, we permanently remove your profile, your synced Reels/Shorts counts and history, and your settings.
- Deletion does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel that separately from the Play Store — Play Store app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions — or it will keep renewing and charging you.
What's retained anyway: purchase and payment records survive deletion for seven years, with identifying fields removed where we're able to — this is a tax-law requirement, not a choice we're making about your data.
